Who does not miss the hot rotis and mouth watering curries coming out of our houses while eating some rarely and barely cook vegetable with rock solid rotis from the mess? Today, we bring to a simple recipe to cook an amazing dish.
PAAV BHAJI.
“Ya, I can barely get maggi done and you think I can make paav bhaji! Nice try!” Give this a read before you shatter the dream of treating your taste buds all by yourself.
Here’s a tiny list (There are more elaborate recipes for paav bhaji over the internet. We are aiming towards simplicity here.) Potatoes
Cauliflower
Capsicum
Green

Onion
Oil
Salt

chilli powder
Paav Bhaji Masala (Sold literally everywhere in India)

Step one: Boil the first four veggies, mash them up and set them aside. (Peel of the potatoes. Duh!)
Step two: Heat some oil in a pan, add chopped onion to it and wait for a few minutes.
Step Three: Add red chilli powder, paav bhaji masala, butter and salt to it and let the onions reach a golden brown stage.
Step Four: Add the mashed veggies to the oil, onion and spices mix, stir and let it cook for a few minutes. (You can add warm water to adjust the consistency.)
Step five: Take a frying pan, add butter and roast the paav after cutting them in halves horizontally.
And your Paav Bhaji is READY!
