In the earlier post we talked about segregating items in four categories To Donate | To Sell | To Keep | To Dump but honestly, there is a lot more to decluttering.
The content from Donate boxes get donated, sell boxes end up on OLX, Quikr or eBay, garbage gets to the bin but what happens to the the Keep box? You will need more boxes for segregation
One: Daily Use | Two: Rarely used | Three: Sentimental Value
What this will do for you is, segregate the contents from the keep box in such a way that will help you know exactly where the important stuff goes, so that you find it when you need it.
