All of us text, via SMS or our favourite Instant Messenger, for personal and professional communication. Here are 3 simple tips to give your texting skills an easy level up!
1. Correct grammar: There is nothing disheartening than a badly written message in your inbox. Make sure that message is never from you. There are various services online, free and paid to help you with that. We at StackMantle find Grammarly very helpful.
2. Correct spellings: A properly spelled message is more likely get a response. No one likes awkwardly spelled messages. If you are using iOS or Android in your handheld, we find SwiftKey a good tool.
3. Promptness: Make sure your respond in time. Even if you are busy and are unable to respond in the context just respond with an informing message that you will get back to the sender ASAP!
